Read how a common man filed a case against King Khan
In a recent yet bizarre incident, a man from Bhopal has filed a case against one of the most renowned actors of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan. Rajkumar Pandey, registered a case against the actor after he developed rashes on his face when he used a shaving cream which the actor endorses in an advertisement.
In the case, he alleged that Shah Rukh is misleading people by endorsing such products which are instead affecting people another way round. He is misleading people with his advertisement where he says the shaving cream is “India’s number one”. He also mentioned that after applying the product he developed rashes on his face because of which he now has to get treatment from a government hospital.
After hearing the case, notices have been sent by magistrate Kashinath Singh to the owner of the company who manufactures this shaving cream, a local shopkeeper, the director of Madhya Pradesh Food and Drugs Department and the actor Shah Rukh Khan as well.
He also claimed that he got the cream tested at the Madhya Pradesh Food and Drugs Department. According to the report, the cream was of bad quality.
Shah Rukh Khan is currently gearing up for the release of Imtiaz Ali’s next, Jab Harry Met Sejal, opposite Anushka Sharma. The actors will be in Delhi to launch the latest song from the film, on Wednesday.
