Shahrukh Khan is a marketing genius who leaves no stone unturned to promote his movies. He has often gone out of conventional marketing wisdom to promote his films. From creating video games to promoting his films aggressively on social media nobody has managed to match the marketing wisdom, charisma, and appeal of Shahrukh Khan.

To promote his last release Raees, Shahrukh took the train ride from Mumbai to New Delhi in August Kranti Rajdhani Express.

But unfortunately, a person died during the promotions of the movie due to a heart attack caused by suffocation in chaos and stampede like situation. Farid Khan Pathan was among the 15,000 strong crowd which was ballooned at the Vadodara railway station to catch the glimpse of mega star.

Shahrukh Khan pronounced the incident ‘unfortunate’ but it looks like he will not be able to get away with this only.

According to a report published in Hindustan Times, Shahrukh Khan could be “booked under IPC section 304a2 (causing death due to negligence) and sections of the Railway Act in a case of stampede and chaos at Vadodara railway station on January 23.”

“If Shah Rukh Khan had not thrown T-shirts, balls and other things towards the public, then such an incident would not have occurred, thus owner of Excel Entertainment Pvt Ltd Mumbai and film actor Shah Rukh Khan should be booked under the IPC sections 279 (rash and negligent act), 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), 338 (causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), 304a2 (causing death by negligence) and sections of Railway Act 145,152,175 and 179.”
